Transcriptions are generally based on 65-character line count with spaces. Only space between words is counted, while empty lines, tabs, headers, footers, standard templates and hard enters are not counted. We use standard word count utility of MS Word to calculate characters with spaces.

Our normal turn-around time is 12 hrs, but it can be flexible as per client's requirement.

Completed transcribed reports are returned via email, encrypted email via Hypersend, and secure FTP, as required, within agreed deadlines.
